A Europa globe (Jupiter II), one of the four large moons of Jupiters, also known and as the Galilean Satellites.

The sixth largest moon in the solar system, yet the smallest of the four Galilean satellites of Jupiter (Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto), Europa is most famous for the vast liquid ocean it might be hiding under it's icy surface, an ocean greater than all of Earth's oceans put together.

Tidal friction is known to heat Europa's interior, allowing for the possibility of an ecosystem to exist whose lifegiving energy comes not by the sun far above, but the depths below and the gravity of the gas giant close by.

Texturing is based on NASA data, calibrated to give the veins the reddish-rusty colours seen by the Galileo probe.
